หลักสูตรนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจในหลักการของระบบการผลิตแบบลีน (Lean Manufacturing) ซึ่งเป็นแนวคิดที่เน้นการลดความสูญเปล่า (Waste) ในกระบวนการทำงาน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณค่าให้กับองค์กร โดยเนื้อหาหลักจะครอบคลุมประเภทของความสูญเปล่าทั้ง 8 ประเภท ได้แก่ การขนส่ง การเก็บสินค้าคงคลัง การเคลื่อนไหว การรอคอย การผลิตเกิน การทำงานซ้ำซ้อน ของเสีย/ข้อผิดพลาด และการไม่ใช้ศักยภาพของบุคลากร พร้อมฝึกการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการ การระบุ waste และการนำเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ ของ Lean มาประยุกต์ใช้ This course introduces participants to Lean thinking and its core objective: the elimination of waste in all forms to enhance process efficiency and deliver greater value to customers. The training focuses on identifying and addressing the 8 types of waste ;Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects, and Underutilized Talent. Participants will learn how to map processes, spot inefficiencies, and apply Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
