หลักสูตรนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะให้พนักงานสามารถหยั่งรู้และระบุอันตรายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นก่อนที่จะทำงานจริงได้ โดยใช้วิธีการ KyT ซึ่งเป็นการวิเคราะห์และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นในกลุ่มเพื่อระบุปัจจัยเสี่ยงและวางแผนป้องกันอย่างเหมาะสม ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการ KyT เพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและลดอุบัติเหตุในองค์กร This course focuses on developing employees’ skills to foresee and identify potential hazards before starting work using the KyT (Know Your Trouble) method. KyT involves group analysis and discussion to identify risk factors and plan appropriate preventive measures. Participants will learn the KyT process to enhance safety awareness and reduce accidents within the organization.
